Learn

This morning you all need to research the bird that represents your ‘House’ at Parkvale School. I want you to pay particular attention to the characteristics of the bird, it’s movements and behaviour, it’s colour etc.

Characteristics - how it walks/movements, eats, how it looks, it’s diet, it’s behaviour, how it lives in it’s habitat, is it nocturnal, how it specifically does something e.g it’s sound/calling, it’s life span, breeding, wing span,

Write a summary about your bird. Make sure you use keywords and you are specific.

Create

You are going to create a drawing of your bird using Shane Hansen’s art as inspiration.
